My name is Charne' M. Tunson and parents of students with disabilities aka Exceptional Students, work with me to ensure that schools are leveling the playing field for their children.
As an educator of 20 years working in public and charter schools, I have had experience:

Overseeing Special Education Programs

Modifying and creating curriculum for moderate to severe students including non-verbal and physically aggressive

Training general and special education teachers and support staff

Monitoring Direct Service Providers (speech & language, physical therapy, counseling etc.) to ensure they deliver accurate support according to IEP
-
Classroom Management and much more!
Currently I am working to create a platform where parents of school-aged Exceptional Children, can come to collect resources, learn/share best practices, have questions answered or just VENT!!
